Southland Remodelers started in January of 1991. It is presently one of East Tennessee's highest volume remodeling companies. It is a privately owned company in Oak Ridge, rather than a franchise or national remodeling company.

   When the company started, a volitional decision was made to: One, use only the highest quality materials. Two, employ experienced trained craftsman. Three, give homeowners service that they will be pleasantly shocked to receive from a contractor. In essence, "quality is our priority and service is our spirit."

   Southland has been successfully built with these values exhibited as hundreds of satisfied homeowners can attest from over 100 cities in East Tennessee.

   Throughout our history Southland Remodelers has financially invested in our community. As a company, not only do we sense an obligation, but also an opportunity to assist. We are so appreciative of homeowners for allowing Southland Remodelers to serve them. Therefore as a company, we desire to give back to our community.

   Southland Remodelers has financially assisted various local organizations such as the Boys Club of Oak Ridge, Children's Advocacy Program, etc. We have participated in the United Way Day of Caring by donating material and labor for specific projects. Southland Remodelers also participates in the Adopt-A-Street program here in the city as we volunteer to pick up litter on two streets. Southland Remodelers donated a 13 station exercise equipment to the city with the Park and Recreation Department installing it.

   Southland Remodelers plans to continue to be a good neighbor in our community, for our community has been good to Southland Remodelers.
