Southland Remodeler's goal is to please each of our customers with our work and service. Although our primary goal is not to "win an award", we are grateful for our work being acknowledged locally and nationally.

   Remodelers Big 50 - 2003
   This is one of the most prestigious national awards a remodeling company can receive. Southland was the only company in our state to be recognized as one of the 50 best remodeling companies in America. This award recognizes superior customer service and management in the remodeling industry.

   Gold Star Exterior Design Award-2007
   Southland has won this award each year beginning in 1997 through 2004. This award from the vinyl industry recognizes a companies high level of expertise and professionalism. A company must demonstrate quality workmanship, building enhancement, attention to detail, and customer verified satisfaction.

   Better Business Bureau Complaint Free Year Status - 2007
   This annual award is issued to companies when the BBB has not received any complaints regarding that company during a calendar year. Southland continues to receive this award year after year from 1994-2004.
